WEDDINg PACKAGES

all consultations are free!

upon hire, there will be a 10% non-refundable deposit for the wedding package you book of your choosing and a non-refundable $100 deposit for event booking with Stover Events, LLC.

“DAY OF COORDINATION”

$1,150

- This package is for the couple who has planned for months. You’ve scheduled all vendors and bought the dress. Now it’s time to make memories with no stress or worry and to relax and enjoy your special day. I will be there to attend to all your needs and make sure your day runs smoothly so all you have to do is celebrate and have fun with friends and family.

-Also includes dinner rehearsal for you and your bridal party. This is so the bride, groom, bridal party and family have more knowledge of positions and timing for the big day. (optional)

“WE CAN DO IT” “MONTH OF COORDINATION'‘

$3,350

- If you want to plan your wedding but need a little help with some direction, ideas, communication or organization, then this is the package for you. Whether it’s helping you with decor ideas or scheduling wedding vendors, we will work together with full communication and make your vision comes to life.

-Includes all of “ DAY OF COORDINATION” package.

“I GOT THIS”

$5,250

-This package if for those couples who just want to show up and enjoy their special day or simply don’t have the time to schedule vendors, worry about details, or organization of a wedding, ex. I will handle all the details for you. You give me a budget and i will do the rest with approval of course. I want you to relax and know that everything is being taken care of from start to finish.

-Includes “DAY OF COORDINATION” package.

“ELOPEMENTS, MICRO, AND INTIMATE WEDDINGS”

$1,150- $2,150

-A one on one bride and groom to say “I DO”, or with the ones they care about most. This package is for those couples who want to get lost in one another and make their love last a life time with just each other, or have a few friends and family members with them to celebrate the bride and groom. In this package you will have a day of coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly whether it be for just the bride and groom, family, and/or vendors.

$50 per hour (for combined time and/or any meetings after consultation.)

-coordination, decoration, organization, communication with all vendors. 1-2 hour set up (depending on event) and 1 hour break down.

My name is Kendra Stover. I am married to my best friend and have two amazing boys together. We are farmer-ish to our chickens, cats, dogs, and pig. We love the outdoors but also love our family movie nights. Our family motto’s are to “work hard be tough” & “be humble and kind”, and we strongly live by these quotes.

I am the business owner of Stover Events LLC and certified wedding and event planner. I have always been an organized, detailed person, and have found the passion to plan and coordinate events and weddings. My goal as a planner and coordinator is to make sure you are stress-free and that your visions come to life.
